I offer personalised Personal Training programs for ladies 45+ which are designed to help you achieve your specific goals, whether that’s improving cardio fitness, building strength, losing weight or boosting confidence.


Resistance training is a key component to helping menopausal or post-menopausal ladies maintain muscle mass, which naturally lowers as we age due to changes in hormone levels. Many ladies suffer menopausal weight gain which tends to be concentrated around the mid-section and is hard to lose. Strength training is the most effective way to help you tone and re-shape the body as it builds muscle mass and muscle strength, it builds bone strength and also burns extra fat.


With options for sessions at a local boutique personal training gym, at your home, or outdoors, I’ll support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll turn exercise into a positive experience.
