kathryn Zamar ia a Fully qualified Personal Trainer, Nordic Walking Instructor, Seated Fitness & Balance Instructor.

Hi, I’m Kathy and I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Nordic Walking instructor and Seated Fitness, Function & Balance instructor based in Beckenham.

I offer Personal Training sessions for Ladies 45+ and Nordic Walking group sessions for all.

In addition to Personal Training and Nordic Walking I also offer Seated Fitness, Function & Balance sessions for those with mobility issues or recovering from injury.


My mission is to empower you to feel fitter, stronger, healthier and more confident wherever you are on your fitness journey.


Whether your aim is to boost cardio fitness, increase strength, lose weight, enhance mobility or regain your confidence, I’ll design a personalised programme to help you achieve your goals.
